Peter Anderson

Playwright and actor Peter Anderson was born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1950. He studied at the University of Michigan and the Dell'Arte School of Physical Theatre before moving to Canada in 1977. He’s the recipient of six Jessie Richardson Awards, a Bay Area Critics’ Circle Award,  Leo and Gemini nominations for best performance (The Overcoat), a NY Drama Desk nomination, and Dora Mavor Moore and Betty Mitchell nominations.  He lives in Vancouver with his wife, maskmaker and writer Melody Anderson.
