Munroe Scott

Munroe's full-time writing career has centered around film and television, both documentary and drama, but his first love is theatre. His documentary travels have taken him to Africa, the Caribbean, China, India, the Mid-East, points in between, and most of Canada. His drama credits for television embrace the CBC series "General Motors Presents", "Playdate", "Festival", "Folio", and "Hatch's Mill". As a writer/director he brought the memoirs of two former prime ministers (Pearson and Diefenbaker) to the nation's television screens and as a dramatist took an excursion into Sound and Light for the National Capital Commission's presentation that ran on Parliament Hill from 1984 to 1993.
