Lee MacDougall

Lee was raised in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, and studied at the University of Toronto, and at the Ryerson Theatre School. He worked as an actor at the Stratford Festival, the Shaw Festival, and across Canada for fifteen years before beginning to write. His plays include High Life, The Ginkgo Tree, Resistance and Who Has Seen the Wind, (from the novel by W.O. Mitchell). He has written for radio (Her Wonders), and the screenplay of the film High Life, and continues to write for theatre.
