Craig Cassils

Craig is a native Manitoban currently living in Winnipeg. A graduate of Brandon University, he enjoyed a career as a music educator in Manitoba schools where he taught choral, instrumental, and classroom music for 30 years. Now retired, he is still busy as a composer and arranger, with many works published by a variety of international publishers. His compositions include choral music, musicals, and educational materials and song collections. Most widely known are his song Child of the Universe and his award-winning musical Clowns. Craig has been commissioned numerous times to compose special works for Canadian choirs.

2000 Together - musical theatre collaboration with Robin Richardson, published by Canadian International Music.

Neighbours - musical theatre collaboration with Robin Richardson, winner in a Canadian search for a new Broadway-style musical. Premiered in Toronto in 1991.
