Cedric Payne is an accountant who has three major clients that seem to trust him.  There is Frank Marconi (Big Frank) the mobster, Cynthia Davenport (Sin) the massage parlor owner and Brenda Bunting the Florist/drug dealer.  He also has a secretary that likes him a little more than an employee should.  Being extremely smart with numbers does not necessarily make you worldly or street smart ... or does it?
